With a Kinesiology degree from Dalhousie University and my interest in sports, I have pursued my passion in helping athletes excel in their field. My experience over the years allowed me to help athletes reach their goals and prevent injuries along their journey.
My passion to help bridge the gap between the rehab side of training and the long term performance side.
My value lies with my 5+ years of experience as an Athletic Trainer, Performance coach and Personal Trainer have provided me with a lot of knowledge and tailored approach to everyone’s needs. In addition to my personal involvement in multitude of sports, such as soccer, running, cycling, swimming, Triathlons, etc. allows me to have first hand experience in multiple fields.

First session would include a movement assessment. Nutrition guidance and extra work outside our sessions would be guided and structured.
